U Square @ the Loop is a LEED certified multi-use mid-rise covering two city blocks between McMillan and Calhoun streets across from the University of Cincinnati’s main campus. U Square has 161 upscale market rate apartments that provide easy access to UC’s campus as well as the unique and lively Clifton area.

Our 80,000 square feet of retail space features a wide variety of apparel, fitness, dining, and drink venues in an exciting neighborhood filled with locally owned, one-of-a-kind shops. U Square @ The Loop also contains 40,000 square feet of University of Cincinnati office space and over 700 parking spaces in two parking garages on either side of U Square.

A lawn divides the two blocks of U Square providing some much needed green space in the busy Clifton Heights area. The green is available for social, musical, cultural, and neighborhood events throughout the year.
