We celebrated our official Grand Opening on Thursday, August 22nd! Thanks to UC President Santa Ono, Vice Mayor Roxanne Qualls, CHCURC Director Matt Bourgeois, Uptown Consortium CEO Beth Robinson, and Al. Neyer Executive Vice President Jim Neyer for coming to our grand event.

An Award-Winning Project

We’re pleased to report that U Square has been voted “Most Outstanding Project of 2013″ by the Community Development Association of Cincinnati (CDAC). CDAC consists of many of the smaller community development organizations, both for profit and not for profit, who are working to revitalize numerous neighborhoods throughout the city.

U Square is particularly pleased that its creation is recognized and applauded by those who are at work to transform their communities much as U Square is transforming Clifton Heights/Fairview/ University Heights. U Square Partner Arn Bortz declared: “While our project is quite a bit larger than many represented by the CDAC membership, we’re grateful that those members agree that a project of our scale is exactly what was needed for the site. It will indeed be transformational for the neighborhood, for UC, and for the city as a whole.”

Our model is open and we want the world to see it! So we’re taking tours up to the model apartment* on Tuesdays and Fridays at 3pm!!

We’ll meet at the steps leading up from campus on Calhoun directly across from the main entrance of U Square – next to the old YMCA building.

But we can only take 10 people at a time so be sure to email usquareapts@towneproperties.com to reserve your spot ahead of time!!

*Model tours only, individual tours aren’t available quite yet. We’ll let you know when they are though!
