10 things to love about U Square

In honor of Valentines Day, we wanted to share what we’ve fallen in love with at U Square:

10. The Parking:
We know it’s not very glamorous, but won’t it be nice to be able to park in Clifton without circling the block three times?
9. The LEED Certification:
Again, not super exciting. But your utility bills will make all of your friends green with jealousy.
8. The Shopping:
Just imagine being able to walk downstairs to pick up the one thing you need before you head out for the night.
7. The Food:
Whether you’re craving sushi, Mexican, subs, or fro-yo – everything you want is literally at your feet.
6. The Neighborhood:
We know we’re the new kids on the block. Our neighbors are the backbone of this community and we love them for it.
5. The Amenities: 
You don’t get better than new, especially when it means stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
4. The Location: 
At U Square you’re only a street away from the heart of campus. Which you’ll definitely appreciate when your alarm doesn’t go off.

Everyone likes green space and our lawn will be a great place to get coffee or drinks with friends and listen to local artists play to their hearts content.

From our windows you can see a nearly 360 degree view of the heart of Cincinnati. Between looking at UC’s campus to the north and west, and downtown Cinci to the south, you won’t get sick of it.
