U Square awarded Retail Deal of the Year

Here at U Square we are very pleased to announce that the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Chapter of NAIOP has awarded U Square its 2012 Retail Deal of the Year. 

Our thanks go out to J. R. Anderson’s Mark Fallon and Emily Bevis, who in bringing our signed leases and letters of intent up close to 75% occupancy, have been successful in securing not only a top flight group of restaurants and pubs but also some outstanding apparel and service providers.

Thanks also to the Neyer team led by Jim Neyer and Jerry Tepe for moving the construction along so quickly and well.
